University of Utah Workshops
Join me at the University of Utah Workshops
Do you want to learn how to draw with free-flowing lines?
Then join me at the University of Utah Lifelong Center Workshops.
I’ll also teach you how to confidently mix and mingle translucent watercolors to jazz up your sketches. Using watercolors and fine point permanent markers, you’ll create spontaneous paintings that are fun for your watercolor travel journals, creative exploration and as framable art.
This is going to be rich and enjoyable two-session watercolor painting lesson that will give you enough time to experiment with a range of fun subjects. The lessons are also intended to expand your painting skills while you explore your personal style. I’ll do my best to get your creative juices flowing.
Preparing for the Workshop
You only need to bring some basic supplies, such as watercolor paper, fine point permanent marker, brushes, palette, and professional-grade watercolor.
I suggest that you get the materials on the provided supply list, but of course you can substitute what you already have. Check out my instruction videos on Youtube to find out more about the products that I recommend.
Build your confidence when painting from reference photos or with the actual subject. I suggest that you also bring several photos that you can possibly use as a reference while painting.
Perfect For Painters of All Levels
Quick Sketch is perfect for painters of all levels. Whether you want to learn new techniques or just record your travels and life experiences, these lessons are perfect for you.
I’ll be bringing some of my works from my recent trips, and I’ll show you some of the techniques of how I painted them.
Each session is going to be fun and exciting.
I hope to see everyone there!
This class sells out quickly so if you don’t get in you can also check out my other courses at University of Utah or try my online course.
